IAF/ILAC Joint Annual Meetings Started in Shanghai on 20 October 2010. China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), the host of this Joint Annual Meetings, held a welcome reception on 22 October. Mr. Xiao Jianhua, Chief Executive of CNAS, made a welcome speech in the reception. IAF Chair and ILAC Chair responded respectively to his welcome speech.
