2014 CNAS-TAF Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation Symposium and PT Collaborative Projects Kick-off Meeting was held in Changsha

2014 CNAS-TAF Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation Symposium and PT Collaborative Projects Kick-off Meeting was held in Changsha, Hunan Province, during 2014 March 19th and 22nd. CNAS Deputy Secretary-General and Chief-Engineer Dr.SONG Guilan, APLAC Chair and TAF Chief Executive Officer Mr. Nigel N.L.JOU, TAF Deputy Executive Officer Ms.Sylvia LIN, CNCA Deputy Director General of the Department for International Cooperation Mr.HUANG Shouyun attended the meetings. Relevant staff from CNAS, TAF and the PT projects undertaking organizations also participated in these meetings.

Over these meetings, the relevant officials and specialists from both Mainland and Taiwan reviewed and discussed the explicit implementation plan and progress on Electronics Energy Efficiency Testing PT Scheme, Antenna Calibration PT Scheme, as well as the overall 2014 CNAS-TAF Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation and Exchange.

There is also a discussion held with the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Hunan Province and a visit paid to Hunan Testing Institute of Product and Commodity Supervision after the meetings.
