Responsibilities ofthe VVB Special Committee:

　　a) Implement relevant resolutions of the Board;

　　b) Deliberate on or approve the accreditation specifications, such as accreditation rules, criteria, guidance, and schemes, for the accreditation of VVBs;

　　c) Give technical instructions on the implementation of accreditation rules, criteria, and guidance documents concerning the accreditation of VVBs;

　　d) Put forward relevant suggestions to the Board;

　　e) A number of specialized committees can be set up as needed, to undertake corresponding technical work.
